About Me

My name is Natalie and I’m the baker (cookier) behind My Gal’s. You can find me most days with an apron, cap, and icing drips on my clothes. My Gal’s came to be after a prayer and God has been blessing this little side business and ministry along the way. I had no idea that this would be a thing for me, but I love it.

So to answer a few questions. Who am I? I am wife to Ryan and we’ve been married almost 13 years. We started dating when we were 17 and I love him more than life. You will see him a lot as he does most of my deliveries. I am also mom to 2 beautifully strong willed children, Caven and Millie. They are my heart!! In addition to being wife and mom, I am a babysitter to my nephew and niece. I also help with children’s ministry at my church, where I get to love on a lot of my community babies and co-lead a women’s Bible study there as well. I love Jesus and my church and I really enjoy serving others.

Sweet tea is life, and couch naps are the best. Fall is the best season with spring a close second. I’m most proud of being a UNC alum. I hate wearing shorts, to sweat, and hate being late anywhere.

I often get asked where my business name came from. When I was younger, I was a Granddady’s girl. He affectionately introduced me as “my gal” when we met new people. I don’t know if he ever really knew my name😅. I loved it and still do. I’m sure he would be tickled to know all these years later that I’m finally baking for other people.

What are my future plans? I bake out of my home now and my kitchen is state inspected. When I started this venture last year, we bought a camper for me to use to sell cookies out of. I’m still trying to find time to fix it up😅. Keep an eye out for that to happen. A bigger dream would be to have a storefront. I’m speaking life into that dream, so we will see where that leads😊. I want to sincerely thank you for taking time to check out my business and I look forward to creating your sweet treat!

❤️Natalie
